Returns the datetime value (as an xs:dateTime) in UTC, converted from the stored number of seconds since the Unix epoch.

Example
This example shows how the UTC datetime is extracted from a BSON timestamp (see screenshot below). The timestamp-datetime function extracts the datetime in UTC from the created node of the MongoDB component.
