The starting point for system administration is the Configuration Page (screenshot below).
The Configuration Page has three tabs:
•Database Structure, which displays the structure of the Contract Manager database and enables you to edit this structure.
•Manage Users for configuring users and roles.
•Settings for a wide range of system settings.
The System Administration section of the documentation has been organized into the following parts:
•Quick Start: System Administration, which provides an outline of how to build your system.
•A description of Contract Manager features, organized on the basis of the tabs of the Configuration page.
•A detailed description of Reminder Emails.
We recommend that you read the Quick Start section in order to understand how the system is to be built and then start your work, while using the rest of the documentation in this part as a reference.
