Version 2021 Release 2 of Altova DiffDog Server was announced on March 4, 2021. Learn about all the new features below and update to the latest version.
DiffDog Server supports automated database comparisons via a variety of database drivers. For JDBC connections, the JDBC drivers must be added to the Java classpath variable. To make establishing JDBC database connections easier, users now have the option to specify the classpath at runtime.
Windows Server Core is a minimal installation option for the Windows Server operating system that has no GUI and only includes the components required to perform server roles and run applications. In response to customer requests, all Altova Server Software products including DiffDog Server can now run on Windows Server Core.
Like DiffDog 2021 r2, DiffDog Server supports connecting to the latest version of IBM DB2 for iSeries databases.
