Deleting Your MyCollections Account

Steps for Deleting Account and Data


  • Delete some or all of your data: Use the Delete button in the MyCollections app
  • Permanently disable your account: Use the Delete Account option in the MyCollections app

Permanent Data Deletion

Once your account is disabled, you will lose access to your data.

To request permanent deletion of your data, use the secure Altova Support Form.

When your request is received, we will permanently delete data associated with your account. The deleted data will be purged completely at a later time in keeping with retention policies and legal requirements.
