I could not find any way to make the header work correctly in RTF
|
Do the CALS tables support the ability to display the header on each page, not just the first one (In RTF/Word)?

Simple project "table in table".
In HTML output inner table looks fine, in RTF befor inner table i view empty line (unneeded), how to avoid this ?

Is it possible to not display the first page number in the header ?
Condition like (page number) > 1 or other way exist ?

In this situation this approach dont work.
TOC not native Word table of contents and refresh method says "no automatic table and fields for update".

When i try run example TOC (TOC.sps) and view RTF result in IDE (2017 SP2) i see next text:
1 Foreword 1
2 StyleVision Overview 1
2.1 Create Eye-Catching Output 1
2.2 Visual Stylesheet Design 1
...
5 Appendix 1
Page number always = 1
Why ?
