Hello,
I have a document to create with a table of contents. In the table of contents, is it possible to have the page reference of the last page of a chapter?
For example the chapter 1 starts on page 3 and ends on page 10. I want to have in the table of contents:

1. Chapter 1.........3 to 10

What's your target output format? PDF? In that case it seems to me it might be possible using the page-number-citation-last element, but I can't get that to work with Apache FOP even by crafting raw FO.
