Good day!

Is there a technical possibility of automatic activation during installation by an existing file (License.altova_licenses)?

I guess you have multiple users? Using Altova LicenseServer should be possible

Using the license server will not work, because security requirements do not allow you to allocate a server with open access to the Internet.
