Hi All,
i am getting below error on saving the mapforce queries. I am not able to find the reason. Do you have any information on below error?
this does not allow me to save the maps.
MapForce
Serializer error 0. Field name: 'type', Field value: ''
OK

It's not at all clear from your description exactly what you're doing or what's going wrong. You would do better to submit this directly to Altova Support.

I am getting the same exact thing. This is literally a pop-up when trying to save a project file. in my case the project file is valid with 0 errors and warnings and the XML output passes validation.

I've never seen this message when saving.
Submit your mfd file to Altova support and describe what you did to get that error message, especially which component types you added or modified.
