Connection to Mobile Together Server Options · View

I cannot connect to the server or the designer with my android mobile device. I've tried turning off my firewall and even set incoming rules for port 8083 but nothing I do will work. I've even tried turning off avast.

Can anyone suggest some tips that might help?

Hello,

Typically in these kind of cases it transpires that although MobileTogether Server is running and accessible on the local network, the machine on which it is running is not reachable via the Internet. Therefore, one can access it locally but not when using the mobile device's Internet connection.

Does the machine on which MobileTogether Server is running have a public IP address or domain name?

If the above does not help you then please contact us via the Support Center so we can get more details of your particular case...

Under computer name, domain, and workgroup settings, it show;

Computer Name: user-PC
Workgroup: WORKGROUP

It is not on a domain and has a static IP

Also If necessary how do I contact support, is there a telephone number?
