Hello Everyone,

I will gladly appreciate an assistant with a file generation process I am currently developing. I am supposed to create multiple files with each files containing 10,000 records and I have over 1million records, means I will be generating over 100 files.

Is there a way MapForce can do this without having to create multiple processes. I have been able to create about three files by using 3 process for each file and would not want to create over 100 processes for the over 100 files.

Please help me.

Thank you very much

Eric

This is a common question - look at the SplitFile.mfd which comes with MapForce - it is doing exactly what you are asking for.
