We have an instance of Flowforce installed in a data center that is migrating to AWS cloud.

is it possible to migrate to EC2? How will the per core license model change if migrated to the cloud?

NOTE: I tried contacting support on this but the button to "Contact Support" does not work. I tried the button in 3 different browsers (Chrome, IE, Edge)

This may not be directly applicable, but we have our server deployed in Azure on a VM with the appropriate cores to match our licensing and have had no issues.

Again AWS may be totally different.

For support I typically just go through the link form their website https://www.altova.com/support/supportform
