    The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) drafts and publishes all relevant standards for the Internet and XML.
  • XML.COM Online Magazine
    An online magazine for the XML community that is updated weekly.
  • W3Schools.com
    XML School is a well organized and easy to understand free XML tutorial with lots of working examples and source code.
  • XSLFO.info
    XSLFO.info provides a variety of XSL:FO and XML-related information, including industry news, examples, references, and other helpful resources.
  • Intel Developer Services
    Intel Developer Services provides valuable information via white papers, case studies, and articles on many topics, including XML and Web services.
  • Web Developer Virtual Library
    The WDVL hosts a section with a lot of XML-related tutorials and introductory materials.
