Share your content models outside of XMLSpy

In addition to the detailed schema documentation you can generate in HTML and Microsoft Word formats from XMLSpy's graphical schema editor, you can also save a picture of a smaller component of your schema, such as the content model of a single element. Simply go to the 'Schema Design' menu and choose the 'Save Diagram' option. This command saves the diagram of the content model currently displayed in the main window in PNG format to any desired location. You can then insert the PNG image file into your presentation slides, Microsoft Word document, or even email it directly to a colleague.

If you are not already a XMLSpy user, you can download a free, 30-day trial to check out this command.
