We provide free technical support for all customers for 30 days after the date of purchase.

If you wish to receive software updates throughout the year and priority technical support, you need to purchase a Support and Maintenance Package (SMP) for your software, which entitles you to these and other benefits.

Please note that you can only add Support and Maintenance Package (SMP) to a product at the time you purchase the license.

Get the most value from your Altova software purchase opting for a one- or two-year Support and Maintenance Package (SMP).

Your active SMP entitles you to receive all major software upgrades and maintenance releases, in addition to technical support, at no additional cost during your SMP period. You simply download and install the latest product version as soon as it’s available. And, since Altova generally announces multiple software releases per year, SMP is a huge value.
