Answers:- What are the steps involved in becoming an Altova Partner?
Applicants must complete a Partner Agreement, have it signed by an authorized representative of the company and fax it to us in our European office at +43 1 545 5155 - 9.
Our partner team will then review the document and get back to you with any additional inquiries. Upon approval, you will receive the countersigned document for your files.
- How long does it take for applications to be approved?
The Altova partner team will notify you of our decision within 5 business days.
- What is the cost of membership?
There are no membership fees associated with the Altova Partner Program. Please have a closer look at the Web page of the partner program you are interested in as well as the respective Partner Agreement to find out more about its requirements.
- We are interested in partnering with Altova, but none of the programs detailed on your sites meet our needs. Are there any other options?
Yes. We understand that there will be some special circumstances that fall outside the realm of our established Partnership Program. Please contact us with any ideas/proposals for mutually beneficial business partnerships.
- My organization does not fit the requirements for one specific Partner Program. Is it possible to combine the requirements from more than one program to become a partner?
Generally, no. Altova requires organizations to meet the requirements for each program in order to reap the benefits. If you wish to join more than one Partner Program (e.g. Software and Consulting), you must sign the Agreement for each program.
- I cannot send faxes outside or the US. Do you have a US fax number that I can send my partner application to?
Yes. You are welcome to send faxes to our US office at +1 (978) 816-1606. However, please note that this may delay the processing of your application, as it will need to be forwarded to our EU office.
