Topic: MapForce - Autogenerated C# - Global Resources
Posted: Friday, May 17, 2013 8:24:20 AM
Hello,

I am investigating the auto generate C# solution through mapforce.
I can pass in the cmd line the input (mapping.exe /MYNUMBER 1) but I notice that the database connection string is hardcoded.
Is there a way to make the C# solution using the Global Resource by passing as a parameter in the cmd line like with
"mapforce.exe /GLOBALRESOURCECONFIG DBPROD"

Because for the moment, I have to create a new solution for each database we have (DEV/TEST/ACCEPTANCE/PRODUCTION)

Thank you!

Hello,

We are in the procession of migration the working station. We are moving from XPpro to Win7.
I have installed MF on my station and notice downgrade of performance when opening my MFDs.

My projects are designed to validate xml and inject the data in an Oracle Database 11G.
The 32 ODBC drivers are used, So I installed MF 32bits.
What ever the "size of mapping" is, the performace when opening for editing the MFD is slower, very slower than on XP.

If mapforce can find the database, it run fast.

Does any body already notice it?

Thanks
