You could use a package or a note or comment, and set its background and border color to match your diagram, if you like.

Usually, right-clicking on the foreign key class and selecting Show -> All Properties As associations should work when the foreign key has the other table correctly set as type. Alternatively, you can also use the 'Database Relationship Association' line from the toolbar to draw any line.

Hi,
difficult to say what the problem in your case might be, maybe you could contact support (https://www.altova.com/support_center.html) for getting some detailed help.

Just drag an association between the execution environment and the node, and then select the line. In the property window, for A:agreggation, select 'composite'.

Hi,
this is the maximal length (precision) and accuracy (scale) of the datetime, as described here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms187819.aspx

Try this: Select all (Ctrl + A), right-click on an association line and select 'Text Labels -> Hide All Text Labels'.

Hi, this should be already possible. Just edit the message text, and press Ctrl+Enter where you want the line break to be.

Hi, in CompositeStructure Diagrams, you can model this using the InterfaceUsage and InterfaceRealization lines between a port and an interface. The interface shape will also change according to the used line, afterwards.
To connect a port and an interface using an InterfaceRealization, the port has to have a type, maybe you didn't notice that. (Going to attach an image to this post, please take a look at this.)
But you are right, the possibility to draw dependency lines on CompositeStructureDiagrams would be useful, we are going to add this. The current dependency-like line on this diagram is a role binding, and not what you want.

Thanks for your suggestions, we are planning to implement them in a future release. Hyperlinks for Do/Entry/Exits in states are already supported in the ModelTree, but we are going to add an option to show them in the diagram as well. What do you mean with
cp wrote:- the ability to Send Signal to an object from a State. exactly? Sending a signal via SendSignal event in a trigger of a transition is possible according to the UML specification, but how would you send a signal directly from a state?

Hi, I think the problem is that you selected and increased the size of the wrong execution specification. There is another one above the one you selected. Just click on the gray area directly next to the arrow head of Message 1.
