Hi all,
I am evaluating this product as a replacement for the somewhat less than useful iSeries Navigator for managing an iSeries DB2 database.
Whenever I create a new data source (ADO, IBM DB2 for i5/OS IBMDA400 OLE DB Provider) I get all sorts of errors trying to retrieve scheme information. I noticed in the forums a hotfix for a previous version so I assumed it would be incorporated into the 2010 version. Is this not the case? Is there something else I need to do to get this to work?
Thanks for any assistance.

Hi,
You should try it with the ODBC driver if possible. There are 3 separate ADO providers from IBM for iSeries, none of which are as capable as the ODBC interface.
