How can I re-define print header/footer?

I want e.g. place "Page n of m" right of Date+Time in the header and remove the footer.
Furthermore I want to display only the filename.xsd WITHOUT PATH.

How can I achieve all this?

Furthermore I would like to print a diagram just with the width that it fits on a page.
Is there something like a fit-to-width option when printing?

Currently I have always to fiddle around with percentage zoom values and print preview.
This is unconvenient

Hi,

it is not clear a) which product you are referring to and b) what do headers / footers this have to do with dtd/schemas?

Please clarify.
