For the directory comparison difference exporting, instead of just a list of file names is there any way to list the comparison difference in each file in that directory?

I am afraid that there are no immediate plans to implement this feature.
For your reference however, this has the internal tracking number "19023", and I would encourage you to subscribe to our occasional Developer's Newsletter to receive alerts regarding new releases which may at some point see this request realised.
