Returns true if and only if $arg1 is numerically greater than
               $arg2.Defines the semantics of the
         "gt" operator when applied to two numeric values, and is also used in defining the
         semantics of "ge".The function call op:numeric-greater-than($A, $B) is defined to return the
            same result as op:numeric-less-than($B, $A)
