# op:hexBinary-equal - XPath XQuery Reference

Returns true if two xs:hexBinary values contain the same octet
            sequence.Defines the semantics of
         the "eq" and "ne" operators when applied to two xs:hexBinary
         values.The function returns true if $value1 and $value2
            are of the same length, measured in binary octets, and contain the same octets in the
            same order. Otherwise, it returns false.
