`xbrl.InlineXBRLTransformFunction`¶

An xbrl.InlineXBRLTransformFunction object represents one Transformation defined in an Inline XBRL Transformation Registry.

class xbrl.InlineXBRLTransformFunction¶: Proper instances of this class will be created within RaptorXML only, instantiation from script code will throw a NotImplementedError exception.

Attributes¶

xbrl.InlineXBRLTransformFunction.output_type¶: Returns the xml.QName of the output type of this transform function. This is usually one of the W3C XML Schema built-in datatypes.

Methods¶

xbrl.InlineXBRLTransformFunction.transform(input)¶: Applies the transformation on input and returns the result string, or None in case of error.
