Append | Processing Instruction
The Append | Processing Instruction 
command is available in Grid View only, and appends a processing instruction node after the last sibling of any selected node other than an attribute node. If an attribute node is selected, then the processing instruction node is appended after the last child of the selected attribute's parent element.
