Error connecting to a Postgres database on amazonaws

Hello:

I am trying to connect a Postgres database hosted on Heroku. I am able to connect successfully using PG Admin 4 but when I try to connect using DatabaseSpy I get a generic "An Unknown Error occurred while trying to connect to the Data Source" error. There is no code for me to search on google to see if other folks have faced the same issue.

I am connecting to a host "ec2-23-21-169-238.compute-1.amazonaws.com" on port 5432.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
