I have to convert the following XSD into WSDL.

http://www.era.europa.eu/Document-Register/Documents/taf_cat_complete_baseline_2.1.xsd

Can you please tell me how to do this?
Thanks in advance

You can't "convert an xsd to a wsdl".

A WSDL can import an xsd or embed an xsd within it.

In the "FILE" menu select "NEW" and then "WSDL 2.0". A new wsdl will 2.0 file will open in the WSDL view.
Right click on the "Schema imports" or "Types" icons and select the appropriate option (depending on whether you want to import, embed an existing or embed a new schema in the WSDL file).
