i have issue with my client, she always failed to upload data using altova flow server 2018. the error is the altova service is stop running/offline, to running the service is to reboot the server machine, then she can upload the file. well the problem is there other way to restart the altova service without restart server machine?or maybe someone now why this case (altova service stop running/offline) always happen.

In answer to your question, "is there other way to restart the altova service without restart server machine," the answer is, of course. You can stop and start the FlowForce Server services manually using the Altova ServiceController or the Windows Services list in the Microsoft Management Console.
As to what's going wrong, really you or your client should open a real case with Altova Support as this User Forum is not a support forum.
