We upgraded this weekend and now all jobs that have local working directories hang. It writes the file to the working directory after the map runs, but any other step in the Flow that accesses the file fails. After that, it seems, that all File triggers stop working on any job. Does anyone have a suggestion?

As far as I know Altova has confirmed this issue and is already working on the fix. FlowForce 2019 has been a complete rewrite, such issues can happen, unfortunately. Stick to previous version for now, until they come up with a service pack

Thanks for the quick answer. Do you have best practices for going back a version?

The upgrade to the new version should have migrated your data from the old data directory (2018) to a new one (2019), so your old data should still be there. Uninstalling 2019 and reinstalling 2018r2 should then continue from the state before the upgrade.

Thanks! I'm having trouble locating the install for the previous versions of FlowForce server. It appears that Altova only makes downloading previous version of the desktop products easy to find. Do you know where I could locate the install?

Sorry for so many questions, we are basically in a system down situation and Altova support isn't available until 3 am EDT.

I found a download for v2018 (32bit)

https://cdn.sw.altova.com/v2018a/multi-lingual/FlowForceServer2018.exe

and this one for v2018sp1 (32bit)

Thanks for the help. I was trying a bit of URL hacking and I found it using this pattern:

https://cdn.sw.altova.com/v2018r2sp1/multi-lingual/FlowForceServer2018rel2sp1_64.exe

I hope Altova can soon make old server downloads as easy as everything else.

This and US support hours!

Everything is working again.

It would have been great if they pulled back the upgrade knowing there was a major issue.
