How to generate Entire DB script from XSD file?

I'm only able to generate DB table creation script only for the TOP data element only.
So i create following DB table creation script i am deleting the TOP data element and then finding script.
Is there a way to generate generate Entire DB script from XSD file?

Note:= I chose all the tables appearing at "Tables without relations" option.
