I have an input of XML that generate 3 fixed length flies that each have different specs. What I am looking to do is merge the three intermediate files into one and not lose the formatting that the intermediate file achieved. I have attached my inputs and design image (current implementation I lose the formatting of the intermediate files. File Attachment(s): MarketTradeData.xsd (3kb) downloaded 946 time(s). MarketTradeData.xml (5kb) downloaded 1,034 time(s).

If your intermediate text files are delimited then simply concatenating their values and passing the result to a field in the output text component will not include the delimiters in your result. You must include the delimiter in the concatenation.
If this does not solve your problem i would suggest attaching your actual mapping file (.mfd) so that it is clear how you have defined the text components in your mapping.
P.S. As this is a mapping question it would be more suitable in the Mapforce forum.
