Requirements - €20,000 (EURO) net revenue from Altova products - based on cumulative purchases by Reseller from previous four quarters on a rolling basis to maintain level during Program term
- Listing of Altova products in reseller's catalog and official price list
- Proof of prior software sales or reseller activities (e.g., price list on Web site, product catalog, etc.)
- All orders must be placed through the Altova Online Shop in Euro
- Fully executed Agreement (General & Specific Terms)
- Reporting of fulfillment of requirements
- Submission of completed Partner Questionnaire
