In random.xsl, I guess we should do the following

  <!--<xsl:variable name="seed"       select="17489"/>-->
  <xsl:variable name="seed" select="format-time(current-time(), '[f][s]')"/>
  <xsl:variable name="multiplier" select="25173"/>
  <xsl:variable name="increment"  select="13849"/>
  <xsl:variable name="modulus"    select="65536"/>

Would it be even better also to change the variables "multiplier",
"increment" and "modulus".

Why don't we just change the variables for good, and ship them with
format-time(current-time(), '[f][s]')? Saving the users a lot of
trouble and questions?
