yes. it is not an attribute to xpath, it is a namespace declaration.
element and attribute names consist of two parts, a namespace name (a
URI) and a local name, Both parts need to match.


in xpath1 (and by default in xpath2)
/One/Two/Three/Four/Five
matches elements ONe Two etc in no-namepsace but your elements are in
the namespace http://www.hailstone.org"
so you need

/h:One/h:Two/h:Three/h:Four/h:Five

where h: is bound to "http://www.hailstone.org" either using your Xpath
APi or in XSLt by having
xmlns:h="http://www.hailstone.org" on an ancestor element.
