  I think there are only two answers to this question that remain on
topic on this list.  1/ DTDs are not XML documents, while XML schemas
are, so the later can be transformed with XSLT.  2/ XSLT 2.0 SA has
support for XML Schema, but not for DTD.

  For any other aspect, you'll have to find a list about XML Schema or
DTD.
