Another question related to my earlier query.



You are processing auuthor elements after title, so just modify the
processing of meta not to process author children:


<xsl:template match="meta">
<meta>
<xsl:apply-templates select="*[not(self::author)]"/>
</meta>
</xsl:template>


But this one leading to "meta" to become empty element.

<meta/>
<abc>xxxxxxxxx</abc>
