I believe the approach below adds an extra space at the end of the
result ... not sure if that is acceptable to the original poster or
not. He does only mention splitting them, not suffixing them.

I hope this helps.

With XSLT 2.0, you can do as following:

<?xml version="1.0"?>

<xsl:stylesheet  xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
version="2.0">

 <xsl:output method="text" />

 <xsl:template match="/">
     <xsl:analyze-string
         select="SomeTag"
         regex="[A-Z][a-z]*">

        <xsl:matching-substring>
          <xsl:value-of select="." /><xsl:text> </xsl:text>
        </xsl:matching-substring>
        <xsl:non-matching-substring>
          <xsl:value-of select="." /><xsl:text> </xsl:text>
        </xsl:non-matching-substring>
   </xsl:analyze-string>
 </xsl:template>

</xsl:stylesheet>
