It's actually pretty trivial to do it as a VBScript, that way you 
don't have to purchase VB. Take the code that Andrew supplied and put 
it into a text document with a *.vbs extension, then just dbl-click in 
Windows...

If you have Excel, then you already have VB. I should have said VBA
