Alas, yes, that's why several of us try to give precise page references
when we refer to it. More tricky now that there are with-and-without
spectacles editions, though. Maybe one day Dave will give us an
"alternative index to MK" in the FAQ... In the meantime that "I KNOW I
read in in there somewhere" anguish will persist.
