It's not currently possible to specify that an attribute should have the 
same value as an element in XML schema.

It's likely that such a constraint will be possible to specify with the next 
version of schema (using xs:assert).  That's a while off though.

Please let me know the case where the element and the attribute point the 
same value.

Here i have the case like both the attribute and value have the same name 
and both should point the same value.
If the attribute value is changes then the element with same name value 
should be change.
