Actually it might not be a firewall at all. Can you reach the file from y=
our
browser? If so it might just be a proxy server. If you're using a Java
processor, you need to tell the Java VM the details of your proxy server.
There are system properties to do that. I don't know the details.=0D

If you need access to a file and the network is configured to deny access=

that file, then you can't access the file unless (a) you move it somewher=

where it's accessible, or (b) you reconfigure the network to allow access=
