I am sure that I have seen this discussion before, but I can't find it
in the archives.

I would like an instance doc to look like this:

<x>myvalue</x>

Or like this

<x>
  <b>yourvalue</b>
  <c>hisvalue</c>
  <d>hervalue</d>
</x>

Are hermaphrodite types the only way to implement this in XSD? Has
anyone thought of pros and cons?
