Hi,

some potential errors in the msxsdtest (xsts-2002-01-16) test suite:

Section: attribute

attKb018 - schema - expected: invalid
  result: valid
  reason: 'attributeFormDefault' is not set, thus the value of the
          targetNamespace is 'absent'.
  
attKc18 - schema - expected: invalid 
  result: valid
  reason: 'attributeFormDefault' is not set, thus the value of
          the targetNamespace is 'absent'.
    
attO025 - schema - expected: valid
  result: invalid
  reason: violates au-props-correct.2
	  Element '{http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema}attribute': The
          'fixed' value constraint of the attribute use must match the
          attribute declaration's value constraint '123'.
  
attP009.v - instance - expected: valid
  result: invalid  
  reason: '{http://xsdtesting}elem': The attribute
          '{http://xsdtesting}att' is required but missing.
