I am really glad to announce a new version of <oXygen/> XML Editor.  The 
main additions in version 5.1 are folding, code templates, better Relax 
NG support, Schematron validation and the possibility to use MSXML and 
XSLTProc as XSLT transformers.

<oXygen/> XML Editor provides XML Schema support that includes:

   * XML Schema editor
   - edit XML Schemas guided by a context sensitive and dynamic content 
completion support
   - on the fly (as you edit) documentation for elements, attributes and 
values
   - code templates (abbreviations) covering most of the schema constructs
   - validate XML Schemas (checking UPA and type derivations)
   - error reporting pointing to document location and to the XML Schema 
specification part related with the error

   * XML Schema Model View
   - present the XML Schema information for the current element (model, 
name, namespace, attributes)
   - present the annotation documentation for XML Schema elements and 
attributes

   * XML Editor
   - edit XML documents guided by XML Schemas
   - on the fly (as you edit) documentation for the instance document 
elements, attributes and values based on the schema annotation documentation
   - ID values support presenting the list of IDs for IDREF and IDREFS 
values
   - validate XML documents against XML Schemas
   - validate XML documents against XML Schemas with embedded Schematron 
rules
   - automatic generation of document content based on XML Schemas
   - associate an XML Schema with the XML instance wizard

   * Tools
   - generate HTML documentation for XML Schemas
   - convert from a set of XML documents, a DTD or a Relax NG schema to 
XML Schema

   * Project
   - batch validation against an external XML Schema
   - batch validation against an external XML Schema with embedded 
Schematron rules

   * Wizards
   - create new XML documents based on an XML Schema file (select root, 
generate required and optional content)

The new Schematron support includes validating documents with XML 
Schemas that contain embedded Schematron rules. Another addition 
directly related with XML Schema support is the content completion 
support for element simple type values similar with the content 
completion support for attribute values. Also the ID values support 
collects the IDs during the validate action and presents them when 
entering IDREF and IDREFS values.
