Hello,

I am currently getting an error in Xerces when validating my xml
instance document that reads:
 [Error] 14000jallora4.xml:2:121: s4s-elt-schema-ns: The namespace of
element 'Device' must be from the schema namespace,
'http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema'.  I believe this element is already
in that namespace because it uses the associated prefix for that
namespace.  Can anyone help me with this?  Here's the schema
