At least this way, for LTR readers, which I believe largely
majoritarian, the local part, which is likely to be less
redundant than the namespace part, stands out.

However, I find that, reversed or not, the repetition of the
redundant namespace part constitutes a major tedium and does
not positively contribute to readability.
