> count(Title) eq 1 and
> count(Author) ge 0 and
> count(Date) eq 1 and
> count(*[not(name() = ('Title','Author','Date'))]) eq 0
It's often inefficient to use count, and always inefficient and
namespace unsafe to use name() and string comparisons.
I'd use
Title and Date and empty(* except (Title[1],Date[1],Author))
