Existance of two languages means breakup continuity,
presence of gap between two technologies.
It require additional job/time/finance
at supporting two technologies in one company/project,
at carrying data from rational engine to xml-engine
(when data becomes less ordered, structurized and
more chaotic).
It's convenient to have only one technology.
