Firefox is build from Mozilla, which is something different. You are
talking about the Mozilla Suite which is also build from Mozilla but no
longer an official Mozilla Foundation product.

You need to declare some styles obviously. (Although you could make this
work by adding <?xml-stylesheet?> right after the XML Declaration.

The first actually works, but as long as you do not add styling Firefox
