I think it would make more sense to strip all of the answers out of Joe
English's "NOT the comp.text.sgml FAQ"
(http://www.flightlab.com/~joe/sgml/faq-not.txt, covers lots of XML as
well), and give job applicants the remaining list of questions.
Or give them both the questions and answers and see how many of the jokes
they got. Ironically, that probably would be a better gauge of their depth
of XML understanding.
