Or you might want to compare class design for 
inheritance vs interfaces.

IS-A and HAS-A are relationships that are imposed 
on XML applications.  They aren't native.  Coupling 
strength can be used in comparative measures of 
authority or commitment but strictly as a system measure. 
Without the context definition, the numbers are meaningless.

eg, are you measuring

o coupling frequency
o coupling variety
o coupling duration

Loose vs tight is almost amplitude but metaphors of 
measures fool us.  Any of those can be said to be 
'complex' which is why the metabolic measure is 
interesting (what is the energy cost of the coupling).
